As Mother and Lady of Garabandal, I prepare to return and help, through you, the entire people of Spain, who have been struck by the pandemic, hit by the lack of faith and devotion, due to so many difficult events.
Once I said in Garabandal that the glass was almost full, now the glass is already overflowing.
Dear children, My return to Europe is to try, once again, to withdraw many of My children from the indifference and discrimination that they experience in this time.
I pray, day and night, and, while in vigil, your Celestial Mother prepares to begin a new stage and a new cycle with all Her children of Europe, and from Europe to the entire world, including Asia and Oceania.
Therefore, beloved children, I ask you to continue to pray with fervor for each of My intentions so that, one day, they may be converted into a reality of abundance and Mercy, for all My children.
I also ask you to pray for My Plans of salvation and peace, which the Virgin of Garabandal, the Lady of Fatima, will need to carry forward in Africa and the Middle East, through the support and the loving and fraternal collaboration of all.
The time that I will remain in Europe, sending My Messages to the world, will be long, because the northern hemisphere, including Africa, needs a lot of Mercy.

Each one of the prayerful beings of the world know about the planetary reality and about the importance of sustaining, within the world, a pillar of light of prayer that, each day more, awakens the Love of God within hearts and dissolves the conflicts in nations and peoples.
Therefore, My children, for this Vigil of Prayer of today, I invite you to renew your efforts and especially the commitment of continuing to pray for the nations so that more spiritual miracles may continue to take place in humanity and in the lives of people.
I wish, as a Mother, that every day you may be able to penetrate the mystery that the power of prayer holds, and the physical changes that the praying word generates in planetary life, as well as in the Kingdoms of Nature.
To this day, the commitment undertaken by means of the Prayer for the Nations has allowed, miraculously, for new Light-points to be established in South America, North America, Africa and Europe; and soon in Central America and Oceania.
Thus, My children, when a prayerful commitment is undertaken and assumed by a consciousness, not only do they benefit spiritually over time, but also the planet which, as a living state of consciousness, receives an opportunity, especially the nations that have witnessed the depredation of humanity, of conflict and of chaos.
For example, with the Prayer for Peace in the Middle-East, your Celestial Mother has attained the aspiration, through the missionaries of Fraternidade, to be able to enter Lebanon and thus bring inner human relief to souls, because the next Plan of your Most Holy Mother is to establish a humanitarian and religious task for this region so that Africa, the Middle-East and Europe may be even more contemplated by the Mercy of God.
All this is possible, just as other events, because the power of prayer works and acts daily in the souls that participate and accompany the important task of praying for the nations.
When one or more souls assume this commitment with the Celestial Mother, they assume it up with the Celestial Father, and the Universe can feel the loving response from those who pray and make an effort to do it every day.
Therefore, I call you to a moment of renewal of commitment so that, even more in the world, the powerful and invincible Mercy of My Son may save humanity.

"Humanitarian Colombia" is a mission that promotes peace and humanitarian service for those who are most in need. In this instance, for all who are exiled from their nation and take refuge in other countries, in search of a new life, far from the horror and conflicts that these certain nations live.
"Humanitarian Colombia" is one more hand that extends towards the humanity of the Earth, so that, as a bridge of service and fraternity, souls may reencounter the meaning and hope of being part of a new race.
This mission constitutes the synthesis of all the humanitarian missions that were done in the last times.
Given the important service intervention and social aid that Fraternidade performs through its body of original missionaries and of missionaries in training, this new mission will attend to the other part of one of the many social and humanitarian imbalances that exist.
Fraternidade, as a missionary essence of service of unconditional love for the one who suffers, is called by the Consciousness of the Spiritual and Instructing Hierarchy to reunite its humanitarian and spiritual efforts with the aim of relieving human and inner suffering.
The fraternal foundations that Fraternidade has already manifested, attending to the migratory crisis in Roraima, Brazil, opened the doors of consciousness so that the true missionary and selfless spirit could come, this time, to Colombia, so that this network of light, of service and, especially, of love among brothers and sisters, may reach those who wait and cry out for it.
For the new mission "Humanitarian Colombia" the Hierarchy will broaden the action of its planetary work and Fraternidade, which will be united to the UN through UNHCR and UNICEF, will try to rebuild the human and voluntary spirit through works of service and social assistance.
With the presence of the monastic Grace Mercy Order, the missionary life will count on the arm of spiritual assistance of union and contact with the Hierarchy, so that everything that will be removed and worked from the psyche, and the inner world of consciousnesses, may find a path where it can be led and released.
Fraternidade, by assuming the two fronts of planetary work through the mission "Humanitarian Roraima" and now through "Humanitarian Colombia", from the next cycle and in the course of the year 2019, will begin to embrace, with the missionary life and together with the Hierarchy, other humanitarian works in Africa, Asia and Oceania.
The formation, actualization and training for emergency cases of the new volunteer missionaries will help in the future of a new consciousness, based on the protection and safety of the fellow being and of the one that suffers the most.
For this initial mission of "Humanitarian Colombia" the Youth Campaign for Peace and some of its members will be summoned to participate and establish the first foundations so as to relieve pain through love.

Today I come with the primary intention of carrying out the pilgrimage mission to Asia and Oceania; because if this takes place in that region of the world, many situations will be avoided and others repaired.
I need each prayerful being to become aware that each step taken from now on will help in building the next stage of spiritual and inner work in humanity.
As Mother and Guide of souls, what I need, dear children, is that the steps I ask you to take at this moment, so this mission is concretized, are not only material, but are also inner and spiritual.
This will enable the inner universe of each being to be prepared to take on this next mission with a different state of consideration and consciousness; because what is most important, children, is what will begin to be generated and gestated from now on. Further ahead, the inner, spiritual and material conditions will have broad repercussions so that everything can be accomplished, as has been foreseen by the Celestial Father.
To experience a mission in the East is not the same as experiencing a mission in the West. In spite of humanity being the same, biologically speaking, other needs, lacks and emergencies must be provided for from the moment in which My missionaries place their feet on this region of the planet. Thus, I say again, My beloveds, that everything you may do will have repercussions in the future so the mission can take place.
Your Heavenly Mother is not speaking of being authoritative or severe; your Mother is referring to the importance of placing more love and awareness in all that surrounds you daily. Correcting this, the new mission will be built and the doors to Divine Providence will be open. In this way, all will move forward under the ardent aspiration of My Immaculate and Motherly Heart.
As from now, I will thank you for being attentive about yourselves so a new victorious mission, wholly in the Lord, can be built.

Today, My Light comes from the East, because on the planes of spirit, your Mother is already preparing for Her important mission in this region of the planet.
Yesterday, during the Apparition in Viña del Mar, I transmitted the importance of this mission in Oceania and in Asia.
In this way, the Mother of God is already working on the inner plane of the souls of Asia, so that when it is time for this special pilgrimage, hearts will inwardly recognize that the hour of redemption and contact with the Higher Laws of consciousness has come.
Thus, dear children, each moment prepared for that pilgrimage, including the songs, the prayers, the dissemination itself, the previous visit to the place I have already chosen for moving forward with this task, will allow for the creation of adequate conditions for the pilgrim mission in Oceania and in Asia to broadly develop, and above all, to be in perfect harmony.
Right now, I want to invite My soldiers and givers of peace so that as from now, you collaborate, and through the Association I have founded for the dissemination of the Messages, a space is created that will be called: "Pilgrimage for Peace in Oceania and Asia".
This space must be presented in several languages, such as for example, in Thai and Korean, so that souls will feel motivated to collaborate and the plans of Peace and Redemption of your Heavenly Mother can move forward.

When the Divinity descends over a place through the Celestial Messengers, there is a moment of pressure, expansion and contraction due to the opposing currents that imprison souls in the abysses.
It is in this way, dear children, that the Celestial Hierarchy finds a deep space where to work, redeem and rehabilitate, and it is through the prayers of My children that I can cause all Graces and Gifts to descend over souls.
For this reason, dear children, the Celestial Father sends His Mediators of Heaven so that the planetary consciousness may be touched by strong luminous impulses of liberation and healing.
In this way, a higher and divine reality is generated in what we call inner universes, which helps to unblock the obstacles that are imposed upon the spiritual lives of the servers and the souls of the whole Earth.
For example, the intention of the Divine Hierarchy to reach the countries of Asia and Oceania is not only to liberate the oppression generated by the constant mistakes of humanity, but to finish building the planetary Network of prayerful service that must be willing to serve the Plan of the Creator.
It will be this planetary Network of prayer that would be able to encompass worldly issues of a high risk. It is in this way that the Father tries to awaken the consciousness of all His children in order to avoid worldwide situations of purification, of which humanity is completely unaware.
When each stage of a pilgrimage is promptly fulfilled by all those who pray and by the collaborators of the Divine Work, the Hierarchy has the permission to enter spaces that the Mercy of God had not reached before.
Everything begins and ends in the collaboration and support that you are able to give. Now, through the pilgrimage, throughout the nations of Central America, Mexico and in the United States, a positive spiritual condition has been generated, which will help millions of souls throughout the next four years, as a preparation for the final times.
