When you become quiet, you can look within and truly know what it is that happens.
This is not only a work of reflection and meditation, but also an incessant search for knowledge and reality.
At this moment, turning inwards is attuning with the inner worlds, it is to know how to discover the truth that is beyond that which is concrete, it is to find the life of the spirit and, in the spirit, enter through the doors to the cosmos.
To know what happens within you is very important because the universe will reveal to you that which it so much expects. The effort to do so is permanent, but the responses will come, time and again.
Why do I say this to you?
Because souls do not look within, but rather outside of themselves; many of the experiences they live on this Earth could be relieved and perhaps it would not be necessary to undergo certain tests.
Openness to the inner world is fundamental in these times because the conscious world has to come to the point of discovering the truth in order to understand it and then accept it.
The Christic path is based on the unceasing search for the reality within, not as something personal nor as something of a group; it is an intelligent, very inner activity, that allows a soul to know which moment it is in and what its next step will be.
To know what happens within you is to be aware of what you have to transform and correct, where your attention and your vigilance must be so that nothing surprises you.
The unceasing search for knowledge within will bring you many answers, and also clarity to know what will be the next step.
In the inner worlds lies the Hierarchy, there lies the main epicenter of all its activities and works.
Nothing external could be based or materialized if there did not exist an inner knowledge, a permanent search for the truth and for reality in order to know them.
God writes in the inner worlds through intuition, perceptions and feelings.
In this unceasing search for Truth, the mind only has to collaborate, and not interfere; because what there is in the inner worlds of souls is very precious, but also unknown.
It is there, in this search, in this aspiration, in this continuous work, where you will find the inner wisdom for this crucial moment of humanity, in which the external answers are not clear and deviate the souls from the path of the Purpose.
As the end of times approach, the human impulses that lead souls to make definitive life decisions without wisdom or discernment also increases. This brings, as a consequence, unnecessary learning experiences, unnecessary sufferings, experiences that are not predicted, just because, from the external point of view, the soul wants to live its own will.
To get rid of that of which one believes they have power, control, authority or sovereignty, is an eternal work that leads the consciousness, the soul itself, to find on its inner levels all that of which it must gradually divest. And in this unceasing search for inner knowledge it may have the keys it needs in order to solve its unconcluded experiences, but also the marks of suffering.
When souls turn inwards, not as something personal and individualistic, but as a means to find the truth that God keeps in each human heart, the world will begin to change; while this does not happen, the world will keep suffering, and this will increase.
In this school of the planet Earth, it is up to souls to take the greater part on the path of transmutation, purification and redemption. Because when the Laws are not fulfilled, there is no balance nor harmony. Purification places you, little by little, within the Law, from where you once moved away.
The Laws of the universe exist, not only to guide the manifestation of Creation, but also to orient the inner worlds, which in truth is where the experience of Christic life must be concretized, without theories or illusions about a true Christic life, based on the common good, fraternity, on love and on Mercy.
To think of these attributes in daily life allows assistance for the inner worlds of souls to be strengthened and, in spite of what may happen in the external world, in adversity or in darkness, souls will not perish.
But the fundamental platform of your lives must be the confidence in My Presence. In this confidence, I can deposit the principles, laws and attributes that you need, time and again, so that your lives may be sanctified, so that your missions may be fulfilled in these times.
The service for the universe is not personal, but universal. It is based on the fraternal union of many inner consciousnesses that, in the different planes of consciousness, collaborate and give impulse to My Plan.
It is in this way that a great network of Love, of Light and Mercy is manifested in the different planes of consciousness, from the immaterial life to the material life. And it is with this network of consciousness, of union to the purpose, that you must unite to in these times.
Thus, you will be able to step out of that which is superficial and indifferent. You will not be embraced by hatred, intolerance, anger, indignation, but rather from your inner worlds, just like many inner beings in the universe, you will be builders of the Plan of the Return of Christ.
Because the great inner construction of My Return is the most important one, it is there where all will take place and be carried out, it is from this state of consciousness that the New Humanity will be born.
A true, inner answer of wisdom comes through quietude and not apprehension, keep this in mind at the moment of making decisions.
The Light of the Universe can guide all forms and consciousnesses, the Light of the Universe will give you that which you strictly need, without wasting your Divine Principle.
If the search for the inner world stops, the planet will not be able to withstand. It is in the inner worlds where everything is understood and accepted, where everyone is equal as consciousnesses and spirits. Because it is there where all can recognize their origin in the Source and then return to the starting point, to the beginning, to the Matrix that created you in past times, when you were essences, when you were still a part of the Light of the Source and of Wisdom.
Your experiences in the inner worlds must recreate Creation so that there may be greater opportunities in the Plan of salvation of humanity and of the redemption of souls, in which the powerful Source of Mercy can mend, repair and heal all lives, all consciousnesses, although they do not deserve it.
My Consciousness Will return first to the inner worlds, where in the invisible and in the seemingly imperceptible things lies the truth of the realization of My Redeeming Work.
From there, I will give an impulse to the awakening of the New Christs, those who, in spite of their differences and forms of life, will be placed at the foot of the Sacred Purpose to fulfill the last Aspiration of God: to again see humanity in the beginning of its origin, and thus its heavy and traumatic history will dissolve as the Divine Law acts.
Know that in the external you will no longer find the answer or the guidance that you need. Know that in the external you will no longer find allies for your ideals or beliefs, for your criticism or value judgments.
The one who does not turn toward their inner world will not be able to endure the last stage of the end of times because, as times goes by, the fire of the universe will keep descending with increasing voltage and will remove the corrupt and malign particles from humanity, to liberate it forever.
In the inner worlds you will find balance, harmony and mainly peace, and you will be able to be My great collaborators, so that other souls may learn, through you, to endure the final times.
As the Central Sun expands its current of Light throughout the universe, its atomic-molecular, physical, electric and magnetic pressure will also expand, and everything that is part of life, as you are, will feel this movement.
The one who has not built their inner world, searched for it, recognized or revered it, will suffer the consequences of the movement of the universe.
So that a new cycle may come, the current cycle must be purified and rooted out in all planes of consciousness.
The solar energies are not offensive or transgressive, they are currents of the universe itself that regenerate life and correct that which has remained twisted and out of the Law.
There remains very little time to work with the inner worlds. This is the culminating moment, this is the time of awakening and not of complaining, it is the hour of inner maturity, it is the time to correspond and follow the Plan.
If someday you feel internally closed, work to internally open; you have the instrument of prayer and voice to open the doors of the universe and to receive the descent of help.
I only ask you not to feel as victims nor to make victims of yourselves; let each one, in My Name, assume their responsibilities and their errors, and correct them, because the door of My Mercy is still open to help you.
A true inner world is the one that, beyond its imperfections, seeks transparency; it is not false, it seeks the truth and tries to reflect it; it is not a liar, it seeks service to learn how to sacrifice; it is not a traitor, it seeks fidelity to learn to love God.
May the Lord protect you; may the Light of the Source give you an impulse to find within your inner worlds, truth and knowledge, because you will need them, you have to learn to recognize reality beyond that which it seems to be. Your perception must expand.

Love is in an arduous battle with indifference. While only a few hearts are sensitized, the majority become indifferent, and ignorance embraces them.
Love tries to rescue the consciousnesses of those who omit the truth in order to lead them into an awakening of consciousness. On the other hand, indifference is like an imperceptible poison that permeates the human mind and separates it from reality.
It is a struggle without end, but everything will depend on the state of consciousness in which the human being will decide to remain.
In this subtle battle, everything is allowed and, even further, hearts will have to make an inner effort to be sensitized and not become trapped by the indifference that blinds the human consciousness.
This struggle will define the next cycle, whether humanity will evolve or stagnate. All the tools and warnings have been given.
Many thought that Divine Grace would continue nourishing people without them making the slightest effort. But the time and the response are now. Thus, what My Son once said will be fulfilled again: "by their fruits, you will know them."
Let arrogance, pride and the lack of humility be dissolved within your consciousnesses so that, when the great day comes, nothing will surprise you.

In the same way that My Heart only managed to believe in the coming of the Messiah when I held Him within My arms, in the same way that the apostles and disciples of Jesus only truly believed that He was the Christ when they saw Him rise, many of you also, children, will only understand what you are a part of when the Heavens open before your eyes and, in the middle of the chaos of the world, the Glory of the Kingdom will manifest through the Son of God.
Humanity makes spiritual life out to be special, and material life to be the reality, losing the purpose of its existence, which is a perfect unity with the Creator, a profound and true relationship with God that not even the angels can experience.
This is what you were created for, children, but your mind was strengthened more than your faith, and the potential to love remained hidden in the deepest spaces of your consciousnesses.
However, I tell you that when God has a Purpose and a Plan for His children, it manifests beyond your beliefs, your deceits and your apparent limitations, just as it has done throughout the centuries.
The Creator did not wait for faith in the hearts of humankind to then reveal His greatness. He revealed Himself amid the hearts that seemed blind, and with His Light, He gave them back their vision. He revealed Himself to ignorant hearts that yet had the commitment to manifest His Plan.
That has not changed. Souls still need to be awakened and, as much as the Voice of God resounds among you, as it resounded through His Son, you will only be able to truly awaken when you see Him face to face, accomplishing His promises, making the prophecies come alive that will unite and awaken the peoples, cultures, beliefs and races, because it is the human heart itself that will awaken, and the human essence that will beat, recognizing the Presence of God in His Son. And this essence, children, has no race, creed, culture or religion.
What the men and the women of the world will feel within themselves will not be silenced by anything, and not even by their deepest convictions will they be able to stop what they feel inside. Everything will fall apart: the concepts, the sciences, the beliefs and even faith. Everything will take on new meaning, a new life, a new value.
In one second, in human hearts, the understanding of life will be destroyed and rebuilt. And for that day you must prepare your hearts.
Until that happens, pray and persevere. Remember that this day will come, and be ready to live it.

XXX - Impulses to Be and Remain in God
A soul, that felt disturbed for not being able to refrain the flow of their thoughts when praying, questioned the Lord, saying: “Lord, when I stop to be before You and pray, my thoughts continue to be stirred, the words of my prayer are confused with the incessant words of my mind, and I do not find peace. God, how can I purify my thoughts to be int peace before You?"
And the Lord responded: “Little soul, your mind is a mirror of everything you receive and consume from the world. That which you have contact with throughout your day is that which will be in your thoughts when the time comes to pray. For you to achieve peace, there is no formula, but an attitude that must be transformed within you, a decision to no longer seek certain things that only pollute your mind and take up space within your heart.
If you do the opposite, and instead of nourishing your mind with the things of the world, you nourish it with the things of Heaven, you will see how prayer will be for you a moment of inner deepening, and not of eternal and constant self-transmutation. But for this, you must choose to think and feel correctly, to cut the degenerative thoughts, stop before the impulses that will lead you into darkness and always choose to be in Me and think about what leads you toward My Heart.”
May this dialogue, children, teach you how to be in God and remain in Him, building your moment of prayer at each instant of your day, through small choices.

When your body is tired, offer God the steps taken, all the service experienced and each merit attained, and perceive, in this way, My child, that there is always something to offer your Creator, the One who awaits, not only for your triumph, but for your whole being, from smallness to greatness, from what you know to what is still a mystery to you; place everything in the Hands of God.

Rest, child, in order not to feed battles with your own mind, which only open the way for doubts and weaknesses, for harassment and deviations.

Trust in His unfathomable and merciful Love.
Trust in His Forgiveness and His Healing.
Each day that humanity, as a race, enters dimensions and realities of greater chaos, your heart must be more in God, in your trust, in your faith, with your life in His Hands, your soul at His service, and this way you will not become lost from the path, even in the confusion of the world.
You are called to allow yourself to be guided, humbly.
You are called to obey out of love.

To choose Christ and to renounce the world is a daily choice and I would even say a choice for every moment of your life, My child.
The human heart is constantly lost in the waves of the stimuli of the world and, even though your heart belongs to Christ, a part of your mind and emotions still belong to the world and depend on that which you spiritually nourish yourself upon, mentally and emotionally, so that you may direct the energies of your soul to the correct place.
Place your attention upon Christ, on the fulfillment of His Purpose, on the manifestation of His Work, on the realization of His Will. Direct your mind, your feelings, your acts and your heart toward this path, which always has the goal of following the imitation of your Lord.
This is a path with many stones, stumbles and falls which break, in your human condition, the things that separate you from God, the structures built along the path which are left behind as you walk.
May your gaze never stray from the goal, which is the Sacred Heart of your Lord. May your life be a reflection of the constant effort to remain in Christ, and so it will speak more than all the sacred books, and you will be a pencil in the Hands of God, through which He draws His Plan within this world.
It will not be easy, My Child, but with the love of your heart, the persistence and the perpetual trust in the Grace of God, your heart will always choose Christ.

Seek the Source of the Purity of God through prayer and defeat the innermost assaults through silence and the constant offering of your struggles to God.
The mind will always fall into sin and human feelings will always be fragile but your soul, child, must gain space in your consciousness, to calm the human frailties of your more material bodies.
Do not let your heart grieve over the assaults that you experience; do not allow the enemy to defeat you through emphasizing your feelings of weakness. Find refuge in the Heart of God, let Him with His own Blood wash away your shame and your fears so that you may feel pure and clean in the Heart of your Lord.
Do not fear to contemplate His Body in the Eucharist; do not fear to place your heart on His Cross, for it is there that your most human miseries yield, it is there that your soul seizes the weakness of your bodies, to remind you that the surrender of the Lord for you is perpetual. and in the surrender of the Lord there will always be Mercy and purity to cleanse your heart.
Do not allow yourself to be defeated, except by Him Who has already conquered your life on a Cross.

Pray so that the Wisdom of God may flood your spirit, your mind and your heart.
Always seek the answer for your deepest questions, as well as for each decision you make in the simplest things of your daily life.
Create a link with the Spirit of God, called Holy Spirit, so that It may illuminate each expression of your consciousness, from your words, actions and feelings to your innermost thoughts, ideas and aspirations.
In this time of so much confusion in the world, child, it will be the Spirit of God that will guide your soul and through you many more souls that would otherwise be lost in this world.
This is the moment for taking the correct time to pray and, before each decision, unite your consciousness with Divine Consciousness. The Spirit of God dwells within you and animates you from your soul to your cells. And so, you just focus your attention upon that which is real and become silent in order to hear It.
The Will of God and His designs are not far from the thought and the reach of humanity. But to be united with God and to hear Him, you need to make the proper space for the Father within you.
Thus, pray and seek His Wisdom. Become silent and listen to His Voice. In this way, you will always take the correct steps for fulfilling His Will.

Love is capable of granting Divine Wisdom to the consciousness when that Love acts through the soul that accepts it.
Love is a current that liberates obstacles of the mind and of what is material because its main energy fosters a constant dynamism and renewal.
The Greater Love is what embraces and holds all Creation, for in that Love the value of life and of all created essences is conceived.
When you cannot live in Love, try to seek It, aspire to find It through the giving of self and the humility that you can experience through service and unconditional surrender.
In the world, there are many souls that are despised and unloved; there are Kingdoms of Nature that have so much love to give the human being and yet are also despised by them.
Love is the great key that will always open doors so that the life of the unloved may be converted through the healing that Love will give them.
Love one another truly and without appearances; Love will lead you into peace.

The Will and the Plan of God are much greater and vast than your little mind can conceive. Meanwhile, it is through the simple things where your heart finds the path to live this Will and fulfill this Plan.
The Creation of God is vast and broad within the dimensions, both in Heaven and on Earth. However, to remember this and recognize it today, being able to access these sublime realities, all you need is to be simple of heart, pure of intention and ready to love and serve more and better, each day.
Even though your physical eyes cannot see extraordinary existences and manifestations of life, your heart may participate in that which is invisible and your soul may travel though the eternal realities when you are united with God.
Humanity was created for much more than just seeing and feeling the realities of life. Human beings were created to unite these realities, live them and be within them at the same time.
Because just like the Heart of the Celestial Father, the hearts of His children have the possibility of uniting within themselves all Life, of being united with everything and participating in all dimensions of existence.
Thus, before perceptively seeing, feeling or experiencing Divine Truth, seek, child, to surrender your heart to God, and, through the yielding of your spirit and of each part of your consciousness, become one with all of Creation.
The dimensions dwell within you and your heart can dwell in all of them, and experience them when you are simple and true.

I recognize your efforts in spite of the deserts, but inner deserts exist so that every day you can make an effort for Me and thus fully experience the Gift of the Fear of God.
In this exercise of constant overcoming and transcendence is to be found the great opportunity for taking steps and raising one's consciousness.
Take each stage as a moment for overcoming the limitations and resistances of your own being. Make each stage the spiritual triumph I need because, beyond the circumstances, your Master and Lord will guide you upon the path of humility and the giving of self.
Dare to break away from the concepts of your mind and let the soul rule in these times so that you do not feel discouraged, so that you may be My instrument wherever I need you.
This is the time to rebuild the human consciousness. This is the cycle to say "yes" to the Great Master.
A perfect Plan waits for you.

In the desert, child, where there is no food, there is no water, there are no fountains, just emptiness, your sustenance will be the Breath of the Spirit of God.
It is the union with the Holy Spirit that will reveal your strength in Christ, in spite of any misery, weakness or smallness.
It is the Spirit of God, which dwells in the depths of your being, that will speak louder than all the confused words of your lost mind and the temptations of the world. From inside out, the Holy Spirit will reveal Itself within you, and in the arid and dark desert, within your own heart, you will find a Light.
Thus, seek the Holy Spirit, even though it seems incomprehensible to you. Ask for the Grace to discover It and know It within you and in everything.
When you were thought of by God, within you, in the deepest core of your human condition, a particle of His Holy Spirit was hidden. That Spirit that animates matter, and which is the bridge between illusion and Truth, can take care of everything you are, through the yielding of your heart, the surrender and the true union with God, even in the emptiness.
Cry out for the revelation of the mysterious and silent Spirit of God.
His golden Sun will be revealed in the night of your heart, and you will no longer be walking lost in the desert, but rather you will have a direction, which is the deepening into the mystery of surrender, which will someday show you who you truly are.

Pray, child, and still adore God in the desert of your heart. Remember that withdrawing into the desert is to prepare you for meeting the Creator.
The desert is full of desolation, temptations and challenges; the desert is dry, empty and lonely. But it is this way so that you may move past all the limitations of your human weaknesses, purify the illusions and break the streams that, since the beginning of humanity, have been created to imprison the consciousness within a lie about the self.
Walk with firm steps through the desert of your heart and know that your goal is only one: meeting with your Creator.
In the desert, the Lord leads you to overcome the temptations that weaken your most human part: your cells, your bones, your mind, your emotions. But it is in the fortitude of this desert that your Creator will reveal the potential in you to transform the most impure conditions of a whole race.
Human beings, child, gradually discover themselves through surpassing, yielding and surrendering. And each desert crossed draws you closer to God and, in this way, draws you closer to yourselves, to what you really are.
Cross your inner deserts so that your soul may prepare for planetary deserts and, one day, child, your spirit will also be taken into a universal desert, a desert that will reveal the true meaning of human existence and this will not only bring humankind closer to the Heart of God, but all of creation.
I leave you My blessing and My peace so that, with them, you may take the necessary steps in this time.

Lord,
Soothe my imperfect heart, so that I can always feel You.
Calm my mind and my senses, so that I can hear You.
Ease my feelings and place Your fortitude in me, so that I can represent you upon this path to which you have called me to travel by Your side.
Guide me in this crucial moment, so that my eyes can only see the Light that Your Footprints leave upon the path and, fully trusting in Your Divine Presence, I encourage myself more each day to take steps toward this profound and eternal alliance with You.
So that all this can be a reality, withdraw me from the illusion that I sometimes place myself in and dissolve the fantasies so that I can go from the unreal to the real. In this way, Master, I will be able to understand You and, above all, live Your Will.
And so, never cease to correct me with the love that You express in each word.
Make me worthy and deserving of Your Mercy, for as much as I have failed you, many times, You, Lord, give me the impulse to continue onward, and you call me to love more than You loved and still love us.
Help me to be brave and persevering in the decisions I must make in my life, and fill me with Your Wisdom so that I may learn to reciprocate in the inner need of these times.
Show me the path, I do not want to be lost anymore, because when I finally manage to see You, face to Face, I will prostrate upon the ground to honor Your humble Majesty.

In the most imperfect souls, I renew all things, in all times, because for Me there is no impediment within imperfection.
As the great Potter of your lives, I mold your souls and consciousnesses so that, from such apparent imperfection, a new being may be born, a new design of God.
This is how all is transformed, as well as how your hearts may be transformed.
On this path of taking imperfection along with yourselves, you may realize that, in some moment, you will be liberated from the chains that you might be carrying on your hands and feet. Chains of old ways of conduct which do not create the experience of love.
For this reason, the transformation of your imperfection will be gradual and will keep changing over time, as long as you keep your hearts and minds open to transformation.
Feel truly accompanied and protected in this time, in which you will learn to discover and to know yourselves so that the spiritual beauty each one holds may finally be at the service of love and for others.
Continue allowing Me to be your Potter, and may I make a new pot from the old clay.

Let your life no longer be for you. Do not lose yourself in the labyrinths of your mind and of human temptations.
Unite to your brothers and sisters to establish peace. Pray for the holiness of your fellow being, of all beings. Be in your life a path for others to find God.
Do not be temptation and distraction for your brothers and sisters. Be peace and unity with God.
Renounce yourself and embrace the challenge of the void.
Make of yourself, each day more, an instrument of the Creator, because the world needs it.

The most chaste Saint Joseph
When Christ says to His companions, "Come and follow Me", they heard His call like thunder within; something that, with a single sentence, awakened their spirits and gave them the impulse to follow a new life. But all this took place on the spiritual levels, while their minds continued thinking and questioning, and their emotions continued unstable and susceptible to the influences of the world and of the human mind.
The apostles followed Jesus because of the potency of His Presence, without knowing who He was. His teachings transformed them, His Presence brought them security and peace. Everything that He did was extraordinary, like a true dream, something different from everything that had happened throughout time.
Spiritual life was the axis of society, and all the people felt honored by being beside a true prophet, united with the Love and the Power of God. But when the Passion of Christ began, while during His agony, the apostles saw in Christ the humanness of fear, sweat blood, suffering, and their beliefs shattered, their structures broke apart, and all the glory that in some way nourished their more human part, from one moment to the next, withdrew, knocking their vanity and their human condition to the ground.
To come to know the sacrifice placed them in an inner struggle between the mind, the soul and the heart, where their assurance ceased to exist, and their knowledge seemed to disappear. The Plan of God was revealed as something different from everything they thought and the renewal of His Love first occurred upon the Cross, and then in the Glory.
Today, children, the path of Calvary has begun for you. After years of extraordinary spiritual experiences, which uplifted you and transformed you, now the sacrifice comes to confront your human condition and overcome the barriers that stop you from living a full surrender, for the renewal of Love.
The cross of these times comes to reveal to you the outcome of the Plan of God, which will show to be different from anything you imagined. You will face contradictions and challenges that will forge within you an awakening of faith and the renewal of Love.
You will finally understand that the union with God begins in the Cross and then in Glory. It is through unconditionally living His Love that you will achieve unity with Him.

Seek always the states of peace and, within them, the reverence and respect for your fellow being, for life and for the Plan of God.
Seek to transform your patterns of behavior and thus elevate them. In this way, you will be of service to this humanity, so often conflicted and unconscious before their fellow being, before life and before God.
May the peace and love achieved in your prayers remain in your days, in this way, your prayer will come alive; you will make your prayer constant and eternal.
The more in harmony your heart is, the closer you will be to the Wisdom of God for the times of chaos.
Elevate your consciousness beyond the confusion of the human mind so as to know how to discern, define, guide and lead when the moment comes.
Wisdom and discernment will be rare attributes in the times of chaos, and in spite of this, human destiny will depend on these attributes and divine gifts because each step must be meditated upon, each decision must be made with wisdom, each definition done with discernment and with love, because beings will be writing the story of humanity and of Creation with their own lives.
Therefore, pray and be at peace.
Everything starts in states of peace and of union with God, because it is from the Celestial Father that wisdom and discernment arrive for finding His Path.

Contemplate the perfection of the human body, its sciences, its systems, organs, cells and atoms, still so unknown to the mind of humankind.
Simply observe the perfection with which life was designed and open your consciousness to penetrate this mystery of love and grace.
The Spirit of God, with Its Breath, manifested the perfection of the stars in the human composition, and just as the Creator has His living Body in the Cosmos and in the different dimensions, human beings also, in likeness to their Father and God, in the mystery of their life, hold not only creative power, but also the infinite Cosmos which is reflected in each small space of the expression of humankind.
To discover the hidden and divine life manifested within yourselves, you need to learn to be reverent with your own body, mind, feelings, soul and spirit, because the key of reverence is what will open the deepest doors for you to self-knowledge, for the science of one's own body, spirit and consciousness.
To be reverent with oneself is to know that you are facing a part of the Creator, to know that your bodies are a temple that guards your soul for the learning in this world, and that they are also a divine dwelling place, a dwelling place for the essence of love and of the Spirit of God.
You respect your bodies when you live in gratitude, nourish yourselves with gratitude and stay consistent with what you carry inside of yourself each day, not exposing your minds and feelings to retrograde stimuli, trying to keep your bodies always stimulated for your origin in God, and not allowing them to be more and more lost and distant from the truth each day.
In this time, everything you are must be elevated, because human genetics are reaching the correct point for its transformation, returning to its origin of purity and, with consciousness, those who awaken must walk toward this, placing your bodies before Truth and Love, placing your thought on Divine Thought, your cells on what is pure, your feelings on what leads you to the Love of God and thus, little by little, one by one, your cells awaken and ignite in the purpose for which they were created.
I know that today I am speaking to you about a mystery, but toward these mysteries you must begin to walk, to discover the science of your own consciousness, to return to the Time of God.
