In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Your Master and Lord, together with the whole Spiritual Government of God, is today gathered in this place of the planet to contemplate and evaluate the planetary situation.
In an extraordinary way, I present Myself here, given the emergency of these times, so that, in the face of all that which you can see and are participating in, you may not contemplate it as something normal. I have told you many times that this is a definitive time, and it is definitive also for the Spiritual Hierarchy.
In the face of what the world still does not want to change, the Hierarchy encounters great resistance. This prevents the Spiritual Laws from descending to Earth, prevents the Fountain of Grace from flowing as a powerful wellspring in all souls and in all hearts.
We are making a decision at this moment, which encompasses not only the planet, but also the Solar System, contaminated and interfered with by the emanations of conflicts and wars; for the great spiritual veil is still being torn, and there is no one who can stop this.
This is why the Hierarchy must impose Its hands so that this situation on the planet does not precipitate itself. Thus, I come to announce this moment to you so that all of you may accompany the Hierarchy in all that it observes and contemplates, especially the risks that humanity is living.
I cannot fail to tell you this reality, because the times urge, because humanity places itself in a dead end, even although all Inner Centers of the planet are already working.
I come as a Messenger of Peace. I come as the Mediator between souls and the Laws. Because if there is no change in this situation of the planet, many will pay the price of a few, of those who are not aware of what they are doing.
This is why, companions, it is time to be vigilant, because while everything happens in the world, it is necessary to pray more and more, so that the balance of the planet, which is at risk, may be maintained at a minimum harmony, although this is insufficient.
These are times of tribulation, but also times of opportunities, of the decisive and last Graces that I Myself will pour out upon the world so that the souls and hearts that accompany Me and all their families may have the necessary strength and the unshakable faith to face these times of darkness, just as your Master faced it from the Garden of Gethsemane up to His Death on the Cross, until the last moment of His expiration.
I come to place you, time and again, in this school of inner growth, so that your own miseries, which are small in the face of the great miseries of the world, may be dissolved and transmuted by the power of the faith you have in Me.
Thus, I will always help you, although this planet may be at war and in conflict, although the crises of the peoples and nations may continue, although many of My brothers and sisters continue to disappear in the Mediterranean Sea without the majority helping them.
The pain that My Heart feels today is indescribable. That brothers confront their brothers, that peoples and nations raise their weapons to defend themselves from something that does not exist, that only My adversary imposes through these ideas in the minds of those who govern the nations.
Today, I come to attend to more than one situation of the planet. In truth, in these times, the Hierarchy attends many situations at the same time, given the emergency and the risks that this surface is going through.
This is why the Inner Centers of the planet, known as Retreats of the Spiritual Hierarchy, do their utmost and a little more so that the imbalance on the surface may not swallow the whole of humanity into an abyss without return. I must tell you things as clearly as they are, because many in this cycle still live illusions and lose their sense of discernment.
It is time to survive. Everything is at stake, but we must not challenge the times nor the events, because the one who raises their sword will die from the sword. And this is not symbolic, companions.
It is time to be clear about what must be done, and what must not be done. Because as time is precipitating itself, decisions must be made with caution, so that no one is harmed. And this begins in what is small, in what might seem to be unimportant. It is from there that the Hierarchy begins to work; it is from there that it begins to make Its decisions, invoking the Light of the Holy Spirit of God, so that each step and each decision may be guided.
Today, the Council of the Spiritual Government of the universe is gathered, together with your Master and Lord, the Christ, so that once again We may avoid a greater disaster and, in some cases, a disaster without return; because the human being still believes they know everything.
Arrogance and impunity blind some hearts that rule the nations of the world and believe they will remain unpunished. But it will not be like that, because Divine Law must not be tempted, Divine Love must not be outraged, Higher Will must not be denied.
I would like you to be with Us as you have never been before, because all need help, all need Mercy and Redemption.
Today, from this sacred place in the Alps, which has been exploited and violated without respect for the laws of nature, I come to restore Creation, to restore the human consciousness, which has been corrupted throughout the ages, which has distanced itself from the Truth, making life artificial. However, the essence of life can never be corrupted, the angels of the universe will not allow it.
Know, companions, that I continue to be attentive to the voice of your supplications. Because while you are here with Me, listening to Me so closely, there still are many souls that cannot hear Me or feel Me, that cannot receive even a drop of My Love because there are situations that prevent it.
Think, then, for a moment, what your Lord feels in His most absolute silence, when He sees that His own family of humanity, to which I belong, destroys itself, losing its sensitivity in the face of so much suffering.
I cannot fail to come at this moment, and I again withdraw in the Heart of the Father, where I can find strength, so that My brothers and sisters may also have strength.
I thank you for accompanying Me. This is very significant for Me and also for the world, wounded and outraged by evil.
May hope not be lost.
May joy not be dissolved.
May Peace be established. Just as Peace is in Heaven, so may Peace be on Earth.

In these end times, dear children, it will be necessary that you take care, to learn to bear and survive the beta violet waves that are coming from the Sun of the Solar System, which are waves that modify the cellular structure of the human being.
In this summer of 2020, it will be necessary that consciousnesses take certain basic precautions in order to cope with the sudden changes in the climate that human beings themselves generated while altering and contaminating the planet.
These precautions are:
Protect yourselves as much as possible from the Sun at noon and in the afternoon.
Drink plenty of water, even drinking without feeling the need to, because electrolytes of the body are easily lost.
Consume lemon, since its acidic component counteracts the easy detachment of the consciousness during periods of intense heat.
Eat fresh vegetables to balance the excessive inner and outer heat, since that excessive heat generates an intolerance to extreme weather.
Cool off, but do not excessively consume frozen drinks, because these rapidly unbalance the 37ºC (98.6ºF) that the human body must maintain in order to stay in harmony.
Avoid ingesting very hot liquids in order not to increase nor exceed the high temperature of the body.
In certain moments keep your head damp so that the humidity of the water upon the head may evaporate and counteract dehydration.
Eat a variety of fruits with a high liquid content so that your body may easily absorb the greatest amount of vitamins and nutrients that will compensate for the great external heat.
These simple precautions will help you to bear, not only one of the first most intense summers in the history of humanity, but will also physically, mentally and emotionally help to balance the intense entry of the violet beta rays, which are direct emanations of the Sun of the Solar System, which modify the nervous and cellular system of the human body.
With these precautions, you will have a base of sustenance in various spheres. These are times in which you must also be careful of the wave of purification.

In this sense, all this unexpected movement of the Solar System, where your planet is, brings different consequences and also diverse repercussions on a spiritual, mental and inner level.

It is in this new cycle, which will begin in the year 2020, that incredible things will be seen and known.
Everything that was cleverly hidden, in all senses, forms and ideas, will be uncovered.
Every lie, manipulation or deceit that has been constructed through invention of humankind will be unmasked.
Every situation of people, whether it is inner or outer, concerning health, purification or resistance, will be shown, because the solar waves that in this time will be entering, during the summer in South America, are ultraviolet waves that are coming with an extremely high degree of expulsion and movement in all living beings of this and other planets.
As from the year 2020 on, the Solar System will enter into the last and most acute spiritual, cosmic, mental and material stage of its transition.
Of the eight billion people present upon this planet, ninety percent are distracted or hypnotized by global illusion.
In this sense, the field of action of the solar waves will move from its location and remove everything that is outside of the Law, and this impulse that the Universe will bring, which will be associated with the imbalance of the planet and the axis of the Earth, will increase the unexpected effect of this cosmic movement.
Therefore, the year 2020 will be the last segment for being able to achieve an elevation of consciousness and of the mental plane, so that the universal effects of this movement shall not affect the majority of sleeping consciousnesses.
Just as the solar impulse will be intense for the involutionary spheres of humanity, the same impulse will bring all beings of goodwill the opportunity to take great and firm steps in evolution and in the maturity of consciousness, as well as the possibility of establishing important spiritual processes of redemption, of forgiveness and of reconciliation.
But I again say: there will not be a being on the surface of this planet that will be able to oppose or hide from this solar movement. Everything will be in evidence.

At three thousand four hundred meters in altitude, in the surroundings of the sacred lagoon of Guatavita, a civilization previous to the current one existed that knew the essence of contact.
This contact reflected in love and reverence for the sacred, which made of that civilization a spiritually advanced humanity.
But, at that time, the cosmology and the deep knowledge of nature of that native people made it similar to other humanities that also live and evolve in other parts of the Solar System.
But the intuitive and inner development that this original people of Guatavita achieved kept it united with Superior Laws, until before the colonizing white man made the worst and greatest error, which was not only the extraction of the mineral resources, but also the plan to have the deepest traditions disappear in order to implant Christianity.
In that sense, the white man of that time used the image of God and of Christ so as to gain the most retrograde benefits that were ever known.
But the memory of this experience of love for the sacred is held, as a spiritual treasure, within the most inaccessible spaces of Lake Guatavita.
Now, humankind of the surface was helped so that it does not continue to make mistakes in its evolution, and at the same time, the treasures have become nonmaterial so that they may emanate their rays of love and wisdom, not only to the region of Guatavita, but also to all those who visit this Sacred Enclosure and imperatively need redemption.

Before the existence of this Solar System and the group known as the Nine Galaxies, which make up the grouping of a universe of lives, God, as Creator and grand expression of Love-Wisdom, deeply wished that some of His Children, the Creators of the Material Universe, also called Archangels, the great Co-Creators of this life system, would offer each of the Nine Galaxies the opportunity to experience evolution by means of “self-knowledge” and the so-called “degrees of love”.
It was in this way that these great Co-Creator beings carried forward all the universal projects received by them as subtle spiritual impulses of light, and then offered to the created systems, known as “Milky Way”, the opportunity of deepening in “spiritual knowledge” and in the “degrees of love”.
All this happened before the fall of the adversary.
In this time, in all the Universes, the first one thousand years of peace were lived, a period in which the development of life, the inner schools of learnings and, above all, the awakening of the different "degrees of love", granted this Local Universe, in which this Solar System exists, including Earth, the opportunity that on a planet of very high spiritual characteristics, like the Earth, one of the twelve most important Projects of God's Love could be carried forward.
For this reason, the planet Earth went through different cycles. The seas, which used to be acidic, became alkaline so that they later might become containers of mineral and crystalline components, living as a high degree of oxygenation.
The continents, which used to be desert and cold, experienced a biological re-adaptation to later become seedbeds of new species.
In this way, planet Earth, and all of its atmosphere, converted into a great womb of light, to finally gestate the consciousness of humanity, which was later known as Adam and Eve.
In this first experience of love, the Heavenly Father internally aspired that this Project, so yearned for by His Heart, would allow to correct and recreate Creation so that increasingly higher degrees of love may be lived.
Some time later the Universe began to live the first failures in evolution due to the very intense fall of the disobedient angel.
From there, the whole Universe, a place where peace, good and harmony were lived, became the sudden scenario of the first steps of duality, a current contrary to the principle of the Maximum Will; a duality that would begin to place at stake the freedom that had been granted to all creatures, with the aim that they might learn to love, just as the Heavenly Father loves them.
The planet Earth was one of the last places in which this spiritual current of duality descended to test, through Adam and Eve, the Project of a humanity essentially united to the Kingdom of God.
For various inexplicable temptations, the Project was being altered and changed, as the contrary spiritual currents gradually broke the scenery of the so-called “Eden”.
Why did the Heavenly Father allow this?
In a mysterious sense, Adam would have had the opportunity of taking his first step in the evolution of the degrees of love and of the awakening of consciousness, if he had been unconditionally obedient to God.
As for her, Eve, would have had the possibility of being the promising consciousness that would experience the Feminine Aspect of God by means of the spirit of Motherhood, a state that would concede the pure birth of the following creatures that would come after her.
At that moment, the Earth, as the first human experience, underwent its first and great test, which, had it been victoriously faced by Adam and Eve, as representatives of humanity of that time, would have allowed this race to attain a degree of love similar to that of Jesus.
This is the reason why God Himself, present in the Second Person of the Most Holy Trinity, that is, in the Son, decided to incarnate on Earth, after so much time, to give Himself to His Children in Love and Wisdom and to teach all about Truth.
It was during the preparatory time for the incarnation of Jesus that the Father extracted, from one of His purest Founts of the Spiritual Universe, one of His most elevated and pure Aspects, which was the spiritual basis for the Divine Conception of whom later would be known on Earth as Mary, the Mother of Jesus.
Thus, the Archangels, at the request of God, were the ones who prepared this scenery for the coming of the Messiah, That One Who, having given testimony of love and of life, would demonstrate, in his maximum humility, how duality could be overcome so that every living being on Earth may finally learn to fulfill the Will that brought it to the world and to transit the school of forgiveness and redemption, inner paths that will one day again place the human consciousness where it once had been before making the mistakes.

The revelation of the mystery is approaching the human consciousness. This is the moment of knowing the Truth deeply and of being able to penetrate this mystery through the revelation of its divine and cosmic knowledge.
Today I come again from the Sun because this is the universal star that rules and illuminates you, day by day.
In spite of what may happen, and before any event, the Sun, as an essence, gives you life, regeneration and healing.
For this reason, today My Message also comes from this place, from this Sun that governs this solar system and that concentrates many universal and cosmic Laws for the evolution of life and consciousness.
The Sun will be the witness of the events of the end of times on this planet and in its humanity, and in it, all the principles will be poured so that the solar system may be regenerated again and everything may start from scratch.
The Sun that rules you is not only a physical, material or cosmic element; it is an energy that has been placed within this system of life so that all could learn from it throughout the cycles and seasons.
Each element, just as each event, has its place and its hour. The Sun that rules you will enter a new state and a new form through its divine self-purification and that of its laws that are part of this Material Universe; laws that are also part of hundreds of Suns in other regions of the vast Cosmos.
In this Sun, you will find power plants for the regeneration of human essences and of their spiritual counterparts that will still have to live their redemption, purification and, lastly, their rehabilitation.
The waves that it will emit for these times will be intense and decisive. A part of humanity will identify this as a punishment, as a global imbalance, or as part of a universal event; although this is true, the intention and purpose is another, the Universe never stops and has never stopped, it lives in a constant dynamism and a permanent acceleration.
You, as humanity and as a planet, are within this system of life and within this system of evolution that reaches the deepest of your bodies, matter, cells and atoms.
The acceleration of these times is part of the acceleration of the Universe and of this solar system that prepares to enter into a new time that, spiritually, will not be so perceptible to all but that it will be visible in the movement of the laws of material life or, even, in the hands of a clock. Time seems to run and not be enough.
The transition of humanity and the apex of its great purification are approaching in order to enter the real time of the Universe, in which only the eternal present exists.
For this reason, the Hierarchies, throughout times and generations, through all ages and decades, have prepared the preamble for the entrance of this new time; otherwise, humanity would have suffered the acceleration of time too much, within its consciousness and spirit.
Universal assistance comes to the aid of all, the approach of the Hierarchy comes to the aid of all. It will only suffice to live the rules in order to fulfill the Plan and carry it out according to the Divine Purpose.
It will be worthless to do much in humanity if the mission is not based on love and truth, on transparency and obedience, fundamental attributes for the current times, when many spiritual and human manifestations will be presented and will convince the majority that they are real and autonomous.
Following the Hierarchy has a single meaning and a single aim, a single purpose, a single goal, which is to achieve the fusion in brotherhood, unity and with faith; attributes that promote the materialization of the Plan on the surface of this planet and in others.
The humanities of this Universe are offering themselves to help this current humanity, this race that comes from the Adams and the Eves and from a continuity of mistakes and faults that have taken place throughout the times and ages; but the end of the Law of Suffering is drawing near so that the doors to healing and relief of pain may be opened.
The more you cry out for My Mercy and for the Piety of God, the more the doors will open.
The more you demonstrate that you are understanding what We say and what We speak, the more the doors to Mercy will open and each one, in spite of where or how they are, will receive what they need. Trust in what I Tell you.
The Sun, for humanity, represents this spiritual fusion between souls and God, a fundamental principle that once had to be lived in the existence of the Adams and the Eves, but that did not succeed due to many different circumstances.
Now history will be recalculated and the Plan will deepen itself in the human consciousness so that every being on the Surface of this planet may keep clearly in mind what the Will of God means.
Do not fail to open your hearts to the mysteries. Drink from this Nonmaterial Fount that I bring you today so that your lives may be renewed and you may never, never be thirsty; because communion with higher life is possible while one lives this lower life on the surface of the Earth.
The School of the New Christs will be ruled by this master, the Sun of the Local Universe; the one who imparts many more energies and principles for human life, for the planet and the Universe.
From this Solar Fount, the New Time will be born and it will fill all Hierarchies and their disciples, all their servers and collaborators.
Now it is the time to take this leap and this step towards the fulfillment of the last part of the Plan, which is a responsibility of all, which is a responsibility of each one with God and the Universe.
The signature of your spirits has been conceived, the permit has been granted and the time is approaching for this event in which all, congregated in love, will internally prepare the emergence of this New Humanity that will cease to be mental so that it may finally be spiritual and divine, just as the Father has thought it since the Origins, since before the Universe and all of its life existed.
This Marathon means the passage into a new time and into a new spiritual energy conceded by the Hierarchy.
The past will remain in yesterday, the present will begin to be part of the future and the doors will open to a new cycle so that human consciousness may participate in the impulses that will come from the great master Sun.
May My Words be converted, in you, into a source of wisdom and clarity, into a source of discernment, healing and love; because the goal of all of this impulse is a greater goal, based on the Love of God and on the unity with the Supreme Source that rules you, since the origin of your essences in the Material Universe.
So that, finally, companions, you may be this spark of light for the world during the time of darkness and tribulation, so that more veils of the consciousness may fall from the faces of beings and the doors to knowledge and awakening may open.
Receive, then, all the assistance from this Solar Fount that will reveal itself to the world in a short while through its principles and signs, through its higher emanations and energies.
Come with Me to the Fount of the great Sun and let us commune, in essence, with the new life that will be free of errors, suffering and pain.
In the essence, the new being will be born, that will become like a Sun to illuminate the new times.
Receive My blessing and My understanding, My Grace and My Mercy for the times that will come.
Under this Sun that governs this part of the universal life, under the stars of this Universe that are witnesses of many experiences and lives, under the existence of the Material Universe and its powerful currents, attributes, rays and energies that are part of the elevation of consciousness and of the unity with God, I bless you for this new cycle, which will be sustained by your love and faith, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Today, I come to the world for the surface human beings who are suffering from genocide, annihilation and exile.
In this cycle, I come to pray and intercede with all the strength of My Heart for all those that, in these modernistic times, suffer the consequences from other human beings.
If in these times and this cycle, this kind of massacre is occurring, just like what the Animal Kingdom experiences daily, the debt of humanity and the nations that promote these kinds of actions will grow disproportionately and the debt will become unpayable. That is to say, nobody will be able to take charge of this situation.
If these events occur between siblings in these times, it means that humanity has gone backwards in space-time and has generated a state of spiritual involution never seen before.
The same thing is happening with the Animal Kingdom, which since ancient times, is the main worldwide object of massacres never seen before and done in the most unthinkable ways. That is the reason for which humanity pays the price of its acts with its own blood, increasing the action of Universal Justice on this suffering blue planet.
Moreover, this world continues in this Solar System because of an inexplicable Grace which could never be understood and which allows this race to survive itself.
The presence of certain outstanding souls in this humanity, in this time, allows a planetary vortex to be created which supports, alleviates and transmutes the planetary reality, to the point of dissolving irreversible spiritual and physical situations.
But when the day comes for Universal Justice, that vortex of Light, which is supported by various souls in the world, will be deactivated and humanity will become awake and aware of its gravest errors.
At that moment, we must pray, because those souls that are present in this period of the planet will carry out their great and last task for humanity.
