Participation through music and a tribute to the Amazon characterize the next edition of Music for Healing

The program Music for Healing and Elevation of Humanity, for the month of September, will include the presence of artists that are part of a story of solidarity and rescue through classical music. There will also be a section dedicated to the Kingdoms of Nature, especially to the sacred Forest of the Amazon.

The instrumentalists invited in this edition are part of the School of Music of the Porto-Alegrense of Education in Art (IPDAE), a non-profit entity located in Lomba do Pinheiro, one of the poorest regions of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul.

Close to 200 students attend this school for free within the age group from eight to seventeen. They are offered courses in flute, string instruments, piano, oboe and choir singing, besides classes in music theory and perception.

During the program, the young people of Camerata de Cordas of the IPDAE and two teachers of the institution, the violinist Brigitta Calloni and the pianist Liliana Michelsen, will present music pieces of Antonio Vivaldi, Bela Bartok, Franz Schubert and Robert Schumann.

The last section will be an offering to God for the reparation of the suffering generated by the exploitation of the Amazon. Through the love and the forgiveness emitted in each musical note, we hope to send spiritual relief to the Kingdoms of Nature hurt by the actions of humankind.

The schedule includes the exhibition of the original videoclip "Infinite Life" of the Youth Choir of Brasilia, as well as the participation of the choir and the instrumentalists of the Light-Community of Figueira.

With this program, the Divine Mother shows us, once again, how the art of music, when transmitted with love and altruism, is capable of transforming lives and healing deep wounds of the planet.
