DAILY MESSAGE OF SAINT PIO, TRANSMITTED IN THE MARIAN CENTER OF FIGUEIRA, MINAS GERAIS, BRAZIL, TO THE VISIONARY FRIAR ELÍAS DEL SAGRADO CORAZÓN DE JESÚS

To Transcend Human Miseries in order to Live in Perpetual Sanctity

Many think that sanctity is a victory of a few chosen ones and that they will never attain or come close to true and pure sanctity.

But this is not true. Sanctity is one of the aspirations of Our Lord for each one of His companions.

The Lord aspires to see sanctity in your acts, tasks, thoughts, feelings and actions.

But before the smallest fall of any of you, and before the greatest temporary temptation, you immediately think that you are miserable and not saints.

Sanctity awakens in the one who loves obedience more than themselves.

Sanctity is not built from weaknesses.

Sanctity is conceived from the purest surrender.

The saints are persevering, they are the ones who do not fear to say "yes" before any summoning, they are the ones who every day manage to come out of themselves in order to be in donation for others.

From the brave of heart, Christ will make saints; those who, facing any difficulty, will not exchange sanctity for the things of the world.

Be saints in the day-by-day, and you will see by yourselves how sanctity is a gift of the companions of Christ.

You could continue thinking that sanctity is not the path for some of you, but ask yourselves what you in the Christic path for if you still believe that sanctity is not for you. God could never have been mistaken.

Those who do not live the call to sanctity are hiding from Truth.

Those who do not fulfill the aspiration of Christ and abandon Him are cowards and they are tepid.

Sanctity is having the opportunity, every day, to liberate oneself from the chains of miseries and continue walking beside Christ until you are able to comprehend the meaning of being in this time and within this Work.

Everything has a reason but you must not be curious, you must let yourselves be taken by the Hand of Light that guides you.

Under the Light of Christ, I bless you,
