To Those Who Awaken
In the Universe, there are three manifestations of God, through His three Persons: Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.
The divine aspect of the Holy Spirit is impelled by the Source of the Sacred Feminine Energy or Mother of the World.
This unknown manifestation of the Holy Spirit is what is carrying forward the plan of awakening to a great part of humanity. And this awakening, which is impelled by the Universe, has no religion, it only has essence, and its essence is Universal Love, the Love that moves the whole Universe and leads the consciousnesses to live learnings and experiences.
The Source of the Sacred Feminine Energy, or Mother of the World, is what within the cycle of awakening is spiritually working within an important part of humanity, which is the youth. Because in the youth of this time lies the potential and the inner fire for the realization and the concretion of the Divine Plan on Earth.
For this reason, the Source of the Sacred Feminine Energy is supporting the awakening of the youngest ones, because within them resistance does not prevail and, if it existed, they would have no difficulty transforming it.
In the youth of this time, the Project of peace and of consciousness must be expressed. A Project that impels the manifestation of the foundations of peace on the surface of the Earth in times of conflict, and the establishment of consciousness through the awakening to the life of the spirit and to awareness, through care and love for the planet and for the Kingdoms of Nature.
Therefore, this is the cycle in which the youth must be gathered so that, among the young ones, they may not only share and experience the culture of peace and fraternity, but also the inner talents may awaken in the younger ones, making them participants in the events of the end of times.
And on some plane of consciousness, to some spiritual degree, each youth has a commitment to the Source of the Sacred Feminine Energy and, being children and inheritors of this Source, they will count on its support and fortitude to carry forward the Will of God.
This Source of the Sacred Feminine Energy gathers the consciousnesses of the youth of the planet and it is this consciousness of the youth that, in this crucial time of humanity, will need to be protected so that the youth may find the meaning of elevation of consciousness through humanitarian service, the protection of the lower Kingdoms, the spiritual union with the Creation and expression of music, art and dance, as a message of awareness, harmony and peace to the world.
Today, the Youth Festival for Peace in Salvador is the preamble for all to perceive that within each youth there is an equality that is expressed in the unity and fraternity with the young brother or sister.

To the Youth of Peace
Dear children,
With joy and gratitude, we offer the youth meeting of today to the Universe, so that new seeds of Light may be sown in all beings that must awaken to a new state of consciousness, as a form of inner preparation for the times that will come.
Each activity that was offered today with enthusiasm has contributed to the spiritual manifestation of this state of consciousness that the present-day humanity needs to acquire for the current times.
For this seventh Youth Festival, the city of Buenos Aires was chosen as the host of the ecumenical youth meeting; the preparation for it, with effort, love, service and dedication, has demonstrated to all youth that it is possible to carry out the Work of the Hierarchy and make it part of their lives in this cycle.
The seventh Youth Festival represents a cycle of maturity, of learning and of experiences for the pioneering youth that gave the first impulses for the materialization of the Youth Campaign for Peace.
In this sense, the number seven means that all youth have passed by seven cycles and seven schools of learning, which helped strengthen the commitment of love for the Hierarchy and for humanity.
Today, an internal and spiritual synthesis has happened in the inner world of each youth collaborating with this Work of love, which goes beyond the meetings of peace, integration, service, prayer and humanitarian missions.
From this seventh Youth Festival for Peace, which has preciously taken place in the city of Buenos Aires, an integration has been established among the youth of different nations, who, together with the Hierarchy, and from this new cycle onwards, will be encouraged to spiritually rebuild the consciousness of the planetary youth by living the new patterns of conduct, co-existence, fraternity and service for humanity and for the Kingdoms of Nature.
The Youth Festivals for Peace represented for the Celestial Hierarchy an opportunity of healing, of renewal and of service for a planet that suffers and agonizes day by day.
From the Spiritual Universe, new virtues and new talents will be placed in the heart of each youth, in order to keep constructing this network of love and service so as to relieve the human and internal pain.
We encourage you all to continue working, to live each learning and each experience as an opportunity to grow internally, knowing that such old spirits, as those of the youth, must resume their places within this Plan of Love for humanity.
My dear children and youth, let us celebrate this day as part of a celestial victory in humanity.

The Flower of the Youth Festival for Peace
My dear youth,
Each Festival concretized in this cycle is like a flower that is manifested to praise the Creator.
Now, through this new Festival in Belo Horizonte, your Heavenly Mother can already tell you that you are entering, as consciousnesses, in a time of greater maturity, where each one of the youth responsible for the manifestation of the Festivals will have the opportunity to take on with consciousness this mission and this spiritual task.
Until this moment, the Festivals were precious and hard-working, they were training to learn to take on with responsibility a part of the Plan which is presented to you by the Hierarchy.
For that reason, the Youth Campaign for Peace should continue expanding and it should continue being enlarged in the Festivals that will come.
Thus, in the previous times, I have delivered to you precious attributes that spiritually will work the consciousness of the coming Festivals. Keeping in mind what each new Festival should express, you will help your creativity and harmony with the essence of each meeting to deepen in you.
Each new Festival will be a goal to reach.
Each effort and the dedication that you place, as you have done lately, will help mature even further your principles and above all your consciousnesses.
The Youth Campaign for Peace, which houses one of its principles that is the Youth Festival for Peace, in this new cycle and after here, Belo Horizonte, should start to work within the universities, colleges and commercial areas so that the greatest number of youth can know the Youth Campaign for Peace.
The praying task of the youth is contributing to the essence of the youth of the planet to have the Grace of awakening and of protecting the new patterns of conduct that will form the consciousness of the New Humanity.
Thus, the participation of the younger ones in the Youth Campaign for Peace will expand the operational field of work and, most importantly, as brothers and sisters, you will learn to awaken a consciousness of greater love for Nature and for the planet.
Each new Festival that takes place in a city indicated by your Heavenly Mother, is a spiritual network that is built in the consciousnesses so that certain spaces of the planet may be protected from interferences and exploitation.
That is why each new Festival, each Youth Campaign for Peace that is realized and spread, helps to elevate the human consciousness so that some day it may find inner healing in its being.
I encourage all My dear youth to have some represent the Youth Campaign for Peace participating, fraternally, in the next World Youth Day to be held in Panama with the company of My beloved son, Pope Francis.
Thus, you will join other youth of the world who also seek the elevation of consciousness and above all, the peace to learn to overcome the obstacles of these times.
Among the youth that form the Youth Campaign for Peace, you will meet, pray and feel, in a spontaneous way, which one will represent in Panama.
May this fraternal unity, among brothers and sisters, build the new consciousness.
May the Festival, based today in Belo Horizonte, bear fruits of maturity to take the upcoming Festival to Buenos Aires and to unite the youth of different nations.
Do not forget, children, to invite the youth of Chile for the next task in Argentina.

A youth of peace...
A youth of peace is that spirit who brings, from the Universe, the principle of reconciliation, and it is who, through their renewal, transforms things, living within themselves the first rule among all rules: love.
A youth of peace is the one who unifies forms and the one who rearranges ideas, bringing, through their inner impulses, the possibility, from cycle to cycle, for everything to be renewed.
A youth of peace represents a new cell of light for these times, based on states of fraternity, on the principle of loving one's neighbor and on the opening to the inner steps that service can provide for them.
A youth of peace is the one who opens, unconditionally, to discover, within themselves, their own origin and their own mission.
They do not fear to know who they were and what the Universe expects them to be.
A youth of peace aspires to be able to recognize within themselves the goodness, the love, the service that they can express for the planet, for the Kingdoms of Nature and for its humanity.
A youth of peace recognizes on their path the Great and Only inner Master.
Above all their material and concrete life, the youth of peace know they will need light in order to take their steps.
A youth of peace has nothing to gain and nothing to lose.
The youth of peace represents, in these times, the expression of a new consciousness that will be corrected through good acts and good actions of all of the youth of humanity.
A youth of peace needs to feel full in their actions and free in their decisions, but they know that they will always need divine discernment and sacred wisdom to make the right decisions.
A youth of peace is like a guardian of the Kingdoms of Nature. They can feel within themselves the expression of each kingdom and, making it part of themselves, a youth of peace can feel the suffering of the planet, of Mother Earth, and does the impossible in order to relieve it.
A youth of peace builds the new bridges and elevates the consciousnesses through their acts of love, mercy and charity.
A youth of peace works, in these times, to learn to build and to take care of the divine Work of the Universe; and as much as they do not know it, because of its greatness and depth, the youth of peace never loses the hope of knowing that they will help to pave the way for the advent of Love-Wisdom.
A youth of peace is that soul and that being that gathers, under the spirit of Unity, their fellow beings, other young people, and tries, above all things, for everyone to feel that, in these times, it is important to respond to the divine call which emerges from within each inner world.
The youth of peace is that pure and simple heart who will unite East and West, who will make the syntheses of the expressed spiritual knowledge and will be who expands, inside of themselves, the borders of the human consciousness so that finally the new, the renewed and the irrefutable may be expressed.
A youth of peace knows that, through their love for the Kingdoms of Nature and their healthy actions, they will be able to follow the path of redemption, leaving behind all that could harm their inner world, and seeking, through universal prayer, the only path for the elevation of their consciousness.
A youth of peace is who, through art, music, service and prayer, will be able to attract to the world the states of regeneration and of healing that humanity needs in order to reach reconciliation.
A youth of peace believes, within themselves, that there is something infinite and greater than what this planet is.
They seek to awaken to what is invisible and to all that comes from the Only Source because in this way they will feel part of something greater.
A youth of peace is who works without borders and who loves, unconditionally, all their brothers and sisters.
A youth of peace knows that they are the ploughman or ploughwoman who, in these times, prepares the Earth and all of its consciousness to meet again, one day, the Master of Wisdom and of Love, Who will give them the keys so that the young apostle may open the doors to forgiveness, to healing and to reconciliation.
A youth of peace is who never gets tired of being infinite light in the world.
This third Youth Festival for Peace represents the closure of a cycle of preparation and of strengthening of inner bases, which has made it possible, in this time, that the Festival itself might acquire a new consciousness, and that this new consciousness might generate the condition to embrace other regions of the planet and to include more youths.

To the choir members and musicians of the groups of prayer of Europe
My dear children,
On the eve of the great youth meeting in Cracow, Poland, today I ardently hope that your hearts will join this important Jubilee of the Mercy of God so that from here, in the city of Porto, the first spiritual impulse of awoken humanity may emerge, which will implore with all its heart for the Mercy of God.
My wish is that in this meeting that will take place here today, on the eve of the awaited World Youth Day in Poland and of the first Youth Festival for Peace in Brazil, the inner invocation from each choir member should be sent forth, asking for peace and the Mercy of God.
Dear children, I have very closely followed the whole of your preparation and enthusiasm for giving of your best in honor of the Celestial Father.
On this spiritual gala night, where My angels from Heaven will witness this meeting, I wish that each of My children of Europe should ask for forgiveness and mercy on behalf of all Europeans and for all the acts committed since the colonization and moral, human, natural, and spiritual plundering of the whole of the Americas.
I hope, dear children choir members from Europe, that from your voices blossoms this profound request for pity, so that My angels may have the joy of presenting to the Celestial Father the musical and instrumental offering that today you will offer the whole of humanity.
Children, each one of your spirits has God at its core, so with full trust in the Mercy of God and for the two youth meetings that will take place in Poland and in Brazil, join hands and invoke the power of this infinite Grace that grants, redeems, and heals all.
May the meeting of music tonight serve to expand out from Europe the very powerful flow of the Mercy of My Son.
From the whole Iberian Peninsula may the doors of redemption open for all the consciousnesses that must move through them in this hour.
Dear children, from the Kingdom of the Heavens I will be with each one of you, accompanying this spiritual and divine impulse that will be given today for Portugal and the whole of Europe.

My beloved children,
While the world agonizes and My adversary tries to write a different future for the Earth through the wounds set in the hearts and spirits of the children and youth who live in wars, My maternal Spirit of love tries to lead you to balance and to the reparation of the human heart.
Children, the deep wounds that are being spiritually stamped in the children and youths of today causes hatred and resentment, the eagerness to start new wars and revenge to grow in the hearts of My little ones, and extinguishes from within them the gift of the fear of God, the possibility of loving, finding peace, expressing harmony, beauty, fraternity, purity, and compassion.
The youths and the children who suffer today due to wars, and who even actively participate in them — forced or led by the resentment in their hearts – are souls that have come to the world to render a service, to express a divine attribute, and to take to the Universe a learning of love and unity.
For this Plan of the Creator to not be lost or modified by the hands of the adversary, I call on you to balance, to generate unity, peace, harmony, and fraternity. I call on you to spread love, and the possibility of experiencing on Earth a healthy life that is full of God. I call on all the youth of the planet to collaborate in the redemption, not only of their own beings, but also to be guardians of the future of all humanity; guardians of the divine project whose manifestation will be their responsibility in the coming time.
My Children, the Youth Festival for Peace is not only a meeting of amusement for the youth, like many festivals that take place throughout the world. The Youth Festival for Peace is the seed of a new life that I am planting in the consciousness of those who must carry forward the Plans of the Most High; of those who must transcend themselves and all mundane influences and superficialities to express a divine archetype, based on love, unity, and fraternity.
Today I call all the youth of the world to unite in heart and in spirit with the Youth Festival for Peace, where they will express themselves through art, singing, creativity, spirit, and will speak the language of the heart through the prayer that is found in all these things.
The art that they will express there will not only be an individual or group manifestation of harmony and beauty; it will be an offering on behalf of all the youth and children of the world who can no longer express themselves freely through arts, and who have not been able to find within themselves the way to express the joy of their souls with colors, harmony, and beauty, because many times, My children, this joy is absent.
May singing be a singing that heals, radiates, renews and inspires new hearts.
May the photographic arts lead them to the sacred, to communion with life, the expression of divine beauty, which in daily life they are not able to observe.
May the words written among verses and poems express the gratitude of the soul for serving God, and may they always be a source of awakening for other spirits.
May each moment of interaction and fraternity be an offering for all the lack of love that permeates the world today and for the inability that the adversary has caused in many of My children to experience unity with their neighbors, even within their own families.
Beloved children, today I will ask everyone to support, to help, and participate in the Youth Festival for Peace, seeing it not only as a moment of peace for My dear young people, but also, children, as a planetary service that is based on the example and the living of divine principles that express themselves in the simplicity of the young heart.
May all the youths and children of the world receive the radiation of this divine seed that will be planted in the human consciousness through this Festival, and thus the Plan of the Creator may find hope and renewal in the human heart, in the heart of the youngest ones.
I love you, and today I bless you, at the same time that I bless My beloved daughter, who also represents the youth that is consecrated to My Heart, the future of the planet, and its entry into the real time of the universe.

Dear children,
The triumph of My Immaculate Heart through the Campaign for Peace will be the rescue and salvation of the young ones.
That is why the semiannual meeting of youth in Florianopolis intends to gather the souls that need to return to the Heart of God.
This meeting will be encompassed within the festival of youth, in which prayer, art and music, as well as service, will be united in the proposal of peace.
For this, the youth of Florianopolis will promote and impel the semiannual meeting, they will try to gather souls so that at some moment they may become servants of Christ.
This first Youth Festival or Meeting for Peace will be in the month of July of 2016 and will be concomitant with the World Youth Day, in the spirit that the young ones celebrate the Jubilee of the Mercy of God.
In the next semester, the festival will be in the month of January of 2017, when the youth of different parts of Brazil will congregate and will already have been able to deepen in the spiritual task initiated in this meeting.
The participation of the Grace Mercy Order as well as the group that pilgrims will be fundamental in these meetings.
From the month of July of 2016 on, and for a period, the Meeting of the Youth will progress within the proposal of peace.
The young people of Florianopolis are invited to prepare this first meeting in the month of July, and the song to be offered is “Blessed are the merciful”.
