Lord,

Soothe my imperfect heart, so that I can always feel You.

Calm my mind and my senses, so that I can hear You.

Ease my feelings and place Your fortitude in me, so that I can represent you upon this path to which you have called me to travel by Your side.

Guide me in this crucial moment, so that my eyes can only see the Light that Your Footprints leave upon the path and, fully trusting in Your Divine Presence, I encourage myself more each day to take steps toward this profound and eternal alliance with You.

So that all this can be a reality, withdraw me from the illusion that I sometimes place myself in and dissolve the fantasies so that I can go from the unreal to the real. In this way, Master, I will be able to understand You and, above all, live Your Will.

And so, never cease to correct me with the love that You express in each word.

Make me worthy and deserving of Your Mercy, for as much as I have failed you, many times, You, Lord, give me the impulse to continue onward, and you call me to love more than You loved and still love us.

Help me to be brave and persevering in the decisions I must make in my life, and fill me with Your Wisdom so that I may learn to reciprocate in the inner need of these times.

Show me the path, I do not want to be lost anymore, because when I finally manage to see You, face to Face, I will prostrate upon the ground to honor Your humble Majesty.
